Mill-Max Pre-Wired Spring-Loaded & Target Pins
Mill-Max Pre-Wired Spring-Loaded and Target Pins offer a wire-termination target pad header, a wire-termination spring-loaded header, a spring-loaded pin, and a flat-face target contact for spring-loaded pins. These spring-loaded and target pins feature press-fit mounts for housing, panels, or PCBs and include a shoulder that prevents pin pull-out under wire stress. The spring-loaded and target pins are manufactured using precision-machined components and are gold-plated for excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and durability. These spring-loaded cable assemblies are wire-termination spring-loaded headers with pre-wired 8" 18AWG or 8" 24AWG red/black stranded wires. The devices operate at -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include cable assemblies, pigtail-wired devices, and battery connections for chargers.
