TLE49901/TLI49901 XENSIV Magnetic Position Sensors

Infineon Technologies TLE49901/TLI49901 XENSIV™ Magnetic Position Sensors are analog ratiometric linear Hall sensors for displacement, linear, and angle measurement with a ±45mT magnetic range. With built-in temperature and stress compensation, it delivers best-in-class magnetic accuracy for reliable position sensing in automotive applications, including pedals, valves, HMIs, and HVAC, as well as triggers for game controllers and power tools, and gimbals. Available in a PG-SOT23-3 package, the Infineon Technologies TLE49901 and TLI49901 come in four different variants for each series to cover different magnetic range and sensitivity needs.
