REAR5695x Supervisory Circuit ICs

Renesas Electronics REAR5695x Supervisory Circuit ICs are semiconductor integrated circuits designed to reset all logic circuits and detect supply voltage. These ICs come with a built-in delay circuit to provide the required retardation time simply by adding an external capacitor. The REAR5695x ICs feature low threshold operating voltage, 2V to 17V wide supply voltage range, and large delay time with a capacitor. Typical applications include battery-checking circuits, level-detecting circuits, and waveform-shaping circuits.
