AIRPAX / Sensata 6700 TO-220 Subminiature Thermostat offers a 100MΩ @ 500V_DC insulation resistance, copper and nickel construction, and a 48V_DC maximum contact rating. The 6700 series provides a single device with accurate, reliable sensing and switching. This thermostat has a switch capability of up to 0.5A for 48V_DC and achieves low-level switching down to 0.001A to 0.020A at 5V_DC for 100,000 cycles.
