MP8712 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP8712 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are high-frequency rectified switch-mode converters. These converters offer Constant-On-Time (COT) control operation that provides a fast transient response. The MP8712 converters deliver 12A of continuous and 15A of peak output current with excellent load and line regulation. These switch-mode converters offer 1% internal reference accuracy, 500kHz switching frequency, and operate within 3V to 18V input voltage range. Applications include Solid-State Drives (SSD), flat-panel televisions, and set-top boxes.
