TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules (EVMs) facilitate the evaluation of the TPS6284x family of 750mA, step-down converters with 60nA IQ. The TPS62840-1DLCEVM55 is for the small 1.5mm by 2mm QFN packages. The TPS62840-1YBGEVM56 is for the small 1.5mm by 1mm WCSP packages with 0.4mm pitch. Each evaluation module contains 2 separate circuits to create output voltages of between 0.8V and 3.3V from higher input voltages of between 1.8V and 6.5V. Due to its extremely low IQ, the TPS6284x provides long battery life for systems which have very low current consumption states, such as for building automation, metering, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
