ROHM Semiconductor LMR1802G-LBTR CMOS Operational Amplifier

ROHM Semiconductor LMR1802G-LBTR CMOS Operational Amplifier is a low noise, low input offset voltage, and low input bias current precision amplifier suitable for battery-powered equipment. This amplifier features low input-referred noise voltage density, drives a high capacitive load, and gives full-swing output. The LMR1802G-LBTR achieves low noise through a new circuit design and provides a 68° best-in-class phase margin and 500pF capacitive load tolerance. This doubles the detection capability of sensor signals that enables accurate amplification of voltages in the order of microvolt (µV).

The LMR1802G-LB amplifier offers 450µV input offset voltage and 0.5pA input bias current, providing high-accuracy amplification. Typical applications include industrial and battery-powered equipment, sensor amplifiers, current monitoring amplifier, ADC front ends, buffer amplifiers, and photodiode amplifier.
