ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Digital Transistors

ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Digital Transistors are AEC-Q101-qualified devices. These automotive digital transistors are available in NPN and PNP configurations and feature built-in bias resistors. The built-in resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. These bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. The digital resistors come with an on/off operation that makes the circuit design easy.

The automotive digital transistors from ROHM Semiconductor operate from -50V to 50V supply voltage range and -100mA to -500mA collector current range. These digital transistors are available in SOT-23, SOT-416, SOT-346, SOT-723, SOT-323, SOT-363, SC-75A, SC-59, SC-105A, SC-70, and SC-80. The automotive digital transistors are used in switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits.
