Qorvo QPB9348 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module

Qorvo QPB9348 Dual-Channel Switch Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Module is a highly-integrated 1.7GHz to 4.2GHz front-end module (FEM) optimized for TDD base stations. The QPB9348 Module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration. Power down capability for the LNA can be controlled with shut-down pins on the module.

The QPB9348 provides a noise figure up to 1.2dB at 3.5GHz in Receive mode, with an insertion loss of 0.5dB in the Transmit mode. The LNAs utilize Qorvo's high-performance EpHEMT (Enhancement-Mode Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) process while the pin-diode-based switch supports input RF power signals of up to 10W average power assuming a 9dB peak-to-average power ratio (PAR). The Qorvo QPB9348 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, 6mm x 6mm surface-mount leadless package.
