Panasonic POSCAP™ TPB Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer ESR as low as 5mΩ and capacitance as high as 1500µF. The TPB series is high-temperature reflow solder capable, up to +260°C, and a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors. Panasonic POSCAP TPB Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode. This series is available in a variety of low-profile packages that are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. TPB capacitors provide high reliability and high heat resistance, making them ideal for digital, high-frequency devices, and more.
