Nexperia XS3A1Tx157 Low Ohmic Analog Switches

Nexperia XS3A1Tx157 Low Ohmic Analog Switches are Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) analog switches suitable for use as an analog or digital 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer. These switches have a digital select input (S), two independent inputs/outputs (Y1 and Y2), and a common input/output (Z). Nexperia XS3A1Tx157 switches feature Schmitt trigger action at the digital input, making the circuit tolerant to slower input rise and fall times. These switches offer low-threshold digital input that allows this device to be driven by 1.8V logic levels in 3.3V applications without a significant increase in supply current. This eliminates the need for logic-level translation and allows XS3A1T5157 to switch 4.3V signals with a 1.8V digital controller. The XS3A1Tx157 switches offer low ON resistance (0.5Ω) and flatness (0.13Ω), ensuring minimal attenuation and distortion of transmitted signals. These switches are ideal for mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and wearables.
