Vishay Si77 MOSFETs feature SkyFET® monolithic TrenchFET® Gen III technology and integrated Schottky diodes. These Vishay MOSFETs are 100% Rg and UIS tested, ensuring reliability and performance. The MOSFETs are halogen-free under the IEC 61249-2-21 definition. Housed in the PowerPAK® package, these MOSFETs boast low thermal resistance, compact size, and a slim 1.07mm profile, making them ideal for applications where space and thermal management are critical.
