Toshiba Brushless Motor Driver ICs

Toshiba offers a broad range of fully integrated drivers that can simplify many low-power designs, semi-integrated controllers with gate drivers for medium-power applications. These driver ICs are highly configurable controllers for a wide range of voltage and power designs with flexibility.
