Texas Instruments TPSM560R6H Step-Down Module

Texas Instruments TPSM560R6H Step-Down Module offers a highly integrated 600mA power solution in a thermally enhanced QFN package. The TPSM560R6H combines a 60V input, a step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and passives.

The TI TPSM560R6H compact, easy-to-use step-down module provides a wide adjustable output voltage range of 1.0V to 16V. The total solution requires as few as four external components and eliminates the loop compensation and magnetics part selection from the design process. The device delivers a full feature set including power good, programmable UVLO, pre-bias start-up, overcurrent, and temperature protections, making the TPSM560R6H an excellent device to power a wide range of applications.

The TPSM560R6H Step-Down Module is available in a 5.0mm × 5.5mm × 4.0mm, 15-pin QFN package that utilizes HotRod QFN technology for enhanced thermal performance, small footprint, and low EMI. The package footprint has all pins accessible from the perimeter and a single large thermal pad for simple layout and easy handling in manufacturing.
