Texas Instruments TPS55340x/TPS55340-Q1 Switching Regulator
Texas Instruments TPS55340x/TPS55340-Q1 is a monolithic switching regulator with integrated 5A, 40V power switch. TI TPS55340x/TPS55340-Q1 can be configured in several standard switching-regulator topologies, including boost, SEPIC, and isolated flyback. This switching regulator has a wide input voltage range to support applications with input voltage from multi-cell batteries or regulated 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 24V power rails. TPS55340x/TPS55340-Q1 regulates the output voltage with current mode PWM control and has an internal oscillator. The switching frequency of the PWM is set by either an external resistor or by synchronizing to an external clock signal. The TPS55340-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
