Texas Instruments TPS22991I Load Switch ICs are single-channel devices with low shutdown leakage that feature a low on-resistance RON, with a controlled slew rate. These load ICs hold an N-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.0V to 5.5V and supports a maximum continuous current of 3A.
