STMicroelectronics SM6FxAY TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics SM6FxAY Transient-Voltage-Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605. These diodes incorporate planar technology, making them compatible with sophisticated circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required for long-term reliability and stability. The SM6FxAY diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and unidirectional. These TVS diodes offer protection with a stand-off voltage range of 5V to 36V, ensuring the safety of sensitive automotive circuits against potential damage.

The SM6FxAY TVS diodes highlight a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs) and 4kW (8/20μs). Additionally, these diodes feature low leakage currents of 0.2μA at 25°C and 1μA at 85°C. The SM6FxAY TVS diodes come in a SOD128 flat package and provide a compact and efficient solution, combining advanced technology with a space-saving design.
