Texas Instruments INA600 Low-Power Difference Amplifiers
Texas Instruments INA600 Low-Power Difference Amplifiers are voltage-sensing difference amplifiers with precision-matched resistors that offer attenuating gain options. These amplifiers feature a 2.7V to 40V supply range, high input impedance of >1MΩ, and low quiescent current of 65µA. The INA600 difference amplifiers incorporate a maximum gain error of ±0.05%, and a maximum gain drift of 5ppm/°C, along with 89dB of minimum common-mode rejection ratio (G = 1/5). These low-power amplifiers are available in standard 6-pin SOT-23 and SC70 packages. Typical applications include string inverters, EV charging station power modules, battery energy storage systems, power tools, industrial AC/DC power supplies, and wearable fitness and activity monitors.
