ROHM Semiconductor BM61x Gate Drivers

ROHM Semiconductor BM61x Gate Drivers provide 1-channel galvanic isolation with 3750Vrms isolation voltage and 65ns i/o delay time. These gate drivers feature active Miller clamp function and Under-Voltage Lockout Function (UVLF). The BM61x gate drivers operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range and 4.5V to 5.5V input-side supply voltage range. These gate drivers function at 4A output current, +150°C maximum junction temperature, and 60ns minimum input pulse width. ROHM Semiconductor BM61x gate drivers are ideal for driving SiC MOSFETs.
