ROHM Semiconductor BD7xL05G-C LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BD7xL05G-C LDO Voltage Regulators are designed as low-current consumption products for power supplies in various automotive applications. These regulators operate until 50mA output current with low current consumption of 6μA (typical) and are designed for up to 45V absolute maximum supply voltage. The BD7xL05G-C LDO voltage regulators feature Over Current Protection (OCP), which protects the device from damage caused by short-circuiting or overload. These voltage regulators integrate thermal shutdown protection to avoid damage from overheating. The BD7xL05G-C LDO voltage regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C wide temperature range, 3V to 45V wide operating input voltage range, and 50mA (maximum) output current. These voltage regulators are ideally used in the power train and car infotainment.
