ROHM Semiconductor BD74C12xFV-C Automotive Quad 3-State Buffers

ROHM Semiconductor BD74C12xFV-C Automotive Quad 3-State Buffers are designed for 1.65V to 5.5V power supply voltage operation. These quad 3-state buffers feature an output tolerance that supports partial power-down mode operation. When the devices are powered down, the output tolerant circuit protects the output circuit from the back-flow current through the connected system. The BD74C12xFV-C buffers exhibit 5.5V tolerant inputs and offer 10μA low power consumption. These devices are AEC-Q100 qualified with a 4000V Human Body Model (HBM) and a 1000V Charged Device Model (CDM) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) characteristics. These buffers operate within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in an SSOP-B14 package with 5mm x 6.4mm x 1.35mm dimensions. The BD74C12xFV-C quad 3-state buffers are suitable for automotive applications.
