Ohmite ALX Aluminum Nitride Thin Film Precision Chip Resistors feature a high thermal conductivity aluminum nitride substrate and a power rating up to 6W. The ALX series offers resistor tolerance up to 0.1% and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) up to 25ppm/°C. Additional features include a 50Ω to 30.1KΩ resistance range, RoHS compliance, and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. Ohmite ALX Aluminum Nitride Thin Film Precision Chip Resistors are available in a 1206 or 2512 package size. Typical applications include power supplies, power switching, and braking systems.
