NXP Semiconductors FXLS8967AF Low Power 12-Bit Digital Accelerometer is a compact 3-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for a wide range of convenience and automotive security applications that require ultra-low-power wakeup on motion. The part supports high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet various unique use cases' resolution and power needs.NXP Semiconductors FXLS8967AF is available in a 2mm x 2mm x 0.95mm 10-pin DFN package with 0.4mm pitch and wettable flanks. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 and operates over the extended –40°C to +105°C temperature range. The combination of sensor performance, system power-saving features, and extended over-temperature-range performance makes FXLS8967AF an ideal accelerometer for automotive security and convenience applications.
