NXP Semiconductors FXLS8961AF is available in a 3mm x 3mm x 1.25mm 12-pin QFN package with a 0.65mm pitch and wettable flanks. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 and operates over the extended –40°C to 105°C temperature range. The combination of sensor performance, system power-saving features, and extended over-temperature range performance makes FXLS8961AF an ideal accelerometer for automotive security and convenience applications.
