Murata Electronics SCH16T-K10 6-DOF Gyroscope and Accelerometer

Murata Electronics SCH16T-K10 6-degrees-of-freedom (DOF) gyroscope and accelerometer is a combined high-performance 3-axis angular rate and 3-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU). The gyroscope measurement range is selectable in-application from ±2000°/s down to ±1000°/s, while the accelerometer measurement is selectable from ±160m/s2 down to ±15m/s2. Features include a SafeSPI v2.0 interface, 20-bit and 16-bit output data, extensive self-diagnostics, and an SOIC-24 package with 11.8mm x 13.4mm x 2.9mm dimensions. The angular rate and accelerometer sensor elements are based on 3D-MEMS technology, and the signal processing is operated by a signal mixed-signal ASIC. The SCH16T-K10 IMU is designed, manufactured, and tested for high stability, quality, and reliability.
