Microchip Technology MCP1415 & MCP1416 MOSFET Drivers

Microchip Technology MCP1415 and MCP1416 MOSFET Drivers are high-speed drivers that provide up to 1.5A of peak current. The MCP1415 and MCP1416 Drivers feature inverting or non-inverting single channel output directly controlled from TTL or CMOS 3V to 18V logic. These MOSFET Drivers operate from a single 4.5V to 18V power supply and can charge and discharge 1000pF gate capacitance in less than 20ns. Ideal for high switching frequency applications, these devices offer low shoot-through current, matched rise and fall time, short propagation delays, high latch-up resistance, and low impedances in both the on and off states.
