Melexis MLX92253 Hall-Effect Dual Latch Sensor

Melexis MLX92253 Hall-Effect Dual Latch Sensor designed in CMOS technology. This sensor integrates a voltage regulator, two Hall sensors with offset cancellation, and two open-drain outputs in a single package. The two Hall sensors are integrated on the same piece of silicon with two independent signal tracks and a common magnetic center. This MLX92253 dual latch sensor ensures two-speed outputs featuring a 90° phase shift regardless of the magnet pole pitch. The dual latch sensor operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V voltage range and -40°C to 150°C temperature range.

The MLX92253 hall-effect dual latch sensor is available in a green-compliant 5-pin Thin Small Outline Transistor (TSOT) package for surface-mount applications. Typical applications include linear speed and direction detection, rotation speed and direction detection, and angular position detection.
