Linear Integrated Systems PN/SST4391 Single N-Channel JFET Switches

Linear Integrated Systems PN/SST4391 Single N-Channel JFET Switches are a direct replacement for the Siliconix-Vishay equivalent parts. These switches support advanced screening options that are available for diverse product lineups. The PN/SST4391 N-Channel switches feature 350mW (TC=25°C) continuous power dissipation, a -40V gate to drain or source voltage, and a 50mA gate current. These switches operate from -55°C to 150°C temperature range and are available in TO-92 3L, TO-18 3L, SOT-23 3L, DFN 8L package, and as bare die. The PN/SST4391 N-Channel switches are ideal for low noise, high gain, low resistance switching, and amplifier applications.
