KEMET X8G 150°C High Temperature Class I Dielectric Caps

KEMET X8G Class I Dielectric Capacitors feature a +150°C maximum operating temperature, providing reliability for extreme temperature and under-the-hood applications. The X8G exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to voltage and boasts a minimal change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. These X8G dielectric capacitors from KEMET were developed for critical applications where reliability and capacitance stability at higher operating temperatures are a concern. In addition to commercial-grade devices, automative-grade devices are available and meet AEC-Q200 qualification requirements.
