IXYS UL Recognized Rectifier Modules
IXYS UL Recognized Rectifier Modules are single- or dual-diode modules with 800V to 2200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 36A to 950A average forward output current. These planar passivated chips feature 3000V isolation voltage (UL recognized) and low forward voltage drop of 0.72V to 0.85V. IXYS UL Recognized Rectifiers utilize direct copper board (DCB) substrate technology.
