Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 61 Entry-Level Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 61 Entry-Level Microcontrollers are produced based on an ultra-low power 40nm platform. The PSOC 61 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU, with low-power flash technology, programmable digital and analog resources, and CAPSENSE™ technology for touch and proximity applications. The platform architecture incorporates security features, including hardware cryptographic accelerators, memory, and peripheral protection units.

The Infineon Technologies PSOC 61 Entry-Level Microcontrollers are designed for applications in the Internet of Things (IoT), including wearables, smart homes, industrial IoT, and portable medical devices. The PSOC 61 programmable line is available in various packages, including BGA, WLCSP, QFN, and TQFP, and supports up to 2MB of flash, 1MB of on-chip SRAM, and up to 102 GPIOs.
