Infineon Technologies iMOTION™ IMI110 Integrated Power Modules (IPM)
Infineon Technologies iMOTION™ IMI110 Integrated Power Modules (IPMs) combine a PMSM/BLDC motor controller, a 600V three-phase gate driver, and a voltage regulator in an LQFP-40 package. The IMD110 devices drive a wide variety of MOSFETs or IGBTs and are designed to control three-phase motors. The modules perform sensorless field-oriented control (FOC) for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The devices provide application flexibility by utilizing an integrated script engine (small virtual machine) to run user scripts.Features
