Infineon Technologies EVAL-M5-IMZ120R-SIC Motor Drive Evaluation Board provides a demonstration and development platform for motor drive applications based on 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFETs. The EVAL-M5-IMZ120R-SIC Motor Drive Evaluation Board was developed to support customers during their first steps designing applications with the CoolSiC MOSFET in discrete packages, such as the IMW120R045M1, and the 1EDI20H12AH EiceDRIVER™ 1200V Isolated Gate Driver. The assembled discrete has a rated blocking voltage of 1200V at a typical on-state resistance of 45mΩ, and the board supports all CoolSiC™ MOSFETs in 3-pin and 4-pin TO-247 packages.Features
