Dialight 597 Series Micro LED® SMD LEDs
Dialight 597 Series Micro LED® SMD LEDs are available in a full range of colors and are a cost-effective solution for any application. The LEDs offer both single and multi-colors with up to 30mA forward current. The 597 series has a 140° viewing angle and a wide operating temperature range. The Dialight 597 series is housed in 0603 and 0805 packages.
