Apacer Technology Inc. PCIe Gen4 x4 2280 SSDs are developed in M.2 2280 mechanical dimensions, which fully complies with PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0 specifications. These features allow the devices to operate in power management modes and significantly save on power consumption.

The Apacer PV25P-M280 supplies exceptionally low latency and outstanding performance in data transfer, reaching up to 380,000MB/590,000MB and 3,300MB/3,000MB/s in IOPS and sequential read/write. Meanwhile, the Apacer PV250-M280 also provides exceptionally low latency and outstanding performance in data transfer, reaching up to 385,000MB/600,000MB and 3,325MB/3,020MB/s in IOPS and sequential read/write.

The devices are built with a powerful PCIe controller that supports on-the-module ECC and an efficient wear-leveling scheme. With the compact and high-speed storage, the PCIe Gen4 x4 2280 SSDs are ideal for larger, faster hosts deployed in an expansive range of applications that need superior performance.
