Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated TMC6200 3-Half Bridge Gate Driver is a high-power gate driver for PMSM servo or BLDC motors. The device utilizes six external MOSFETs and two or three sense resistors, integrating the full high-voltage part of a PMSM drive system for 12V, 24V, or 48V, including in-line current sense amplifiers with programmable amplification.

The Analog Devices TMC6200 3-Half Bridge Gate Driver is intended to drive a wide range of motors from watt to kilowatt. A software-controlled drive strength allows in-system EME optimization. The device offers programmable safety features like short detection, overtemperature thresholds, and an SPI interface for diagnostics, enabling robust and reliable designs.

The TMC6200 requires minimum external components to build a rugged drive with complete protection and diagnostics.
