Amphenol Aerospace QEPT® High-Speed 4-TRX Transceiver Modules

Amphenol Aerospace QEPT® High-Speed 4-TRX Transceiver Modules are designed for extended temperatures, rugged applications, and highly challenging implementations where reliability and performance are critical. These modules incorporate a screw-locking feature for board mounting, two-wire control, and a diagnostic interface. The CF-170021-104 module features a 200Gbps data rate (50Gbps/channel) and CF-170021-113 features a 100Gbps data rate (25Gbps/channel). These modules operate at 1.8V and 3.3V power supply voltages. These modules support easy and efficient PCB routing.

The QEPT® 4-TRX transceiver modules chipsets are qualified for NASA/SpaceX requirements and the memory structure is organized by SCFF-8636. These modules enable the use of a heat sink for enhanced thermal performance and a water-cooled compatible heatsink. Typical applications include network systems, ground communication, industrial control, geostationary orbit vehicles, commercial cabin systems, in-flight entertainment, cockpit management, electronic warfare, AI supercomputers, radar, and avionics.
