Littelfuse SP4337 Bidirectional TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse SP4337 Bidirectional TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect high-speed interfaces against electrostatic discharge (ESD), such as HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces, Thunderbolt, and USB 3.1 Gen 1. The signal line of the Littelfuse SP4337 is protected by a TVS diode offering a low line capacitance of 0.18pF (typical). SP4337 safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes up to ±15kV contact exceeding IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (±8kV contact discharge). These TVS diodes also provide low capacitance, high clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response times. These features make the SP4337 arrays ideal for protecting high-speed data lines.Features
