Infineon Technologies DEMOBOARD ITS4040D Demonstration Board is designed to evaluate the ITS4040D 2-channel Industrial PROFET™. The ITS4040D is a dual-channel, 24V, high-side switch providing embedded diagnostic and protective functions. The ITS4040D PROFET comprises an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump and is ideal for resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads.

The Demo Board features a supply voltage of 5V to 45V and a field-oriented topology. Infineon DEMOBOARD ITS4040D Demonstration Board is equipped with peripheral components and corresponding connectors.
