Infineon Technologies e-Power Solutions

Infineon Embedded Power ICs are specifically designed to enable mechatronic motor control solutions in which a small package form factor and a minimum number of external components are essential. The system-on-chip (SoC) solutions integrate a microcontroller, non-volatile flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, and communication interfaces on a single die. The SOC also includes the driving stages needed for relay, half-bridge, or full-bridge DC and BLDC motor applications. The Infineon 2- and 3-phase bridge driver and the relay driver families save space and energy as well as improve the overall system reliability through advanced diagnosis features.
