MACOM MLP7102-0503 PIN Diode
MACOM MLP7102-0503 PIN Diode is a specially processed diode with thin intrinsic regions designed for use in passive or active limiters from 100MHz to beyond 20GHz. This diode operates at -55°C to +150°C temperature range. The different “I” region thicknesses and capacitances provide variable threshold and leakage power levels, and good power-handling capability. This PIN diode is a rugged device that reliably operates and is designed for receiver protection applications.
