NXP Semiconductor Flexis MM Series Microcontrollers provide ultra-low-power operation, USB connectivity, and unparalleled measurement accuracy in a single 8- or 32-bit device. The 32-bit MCF51MM and 8-bit MC9S08MM Flexis MCUs provide 16-bit analog-to-digital converter and 12-bit digital-to-analog converter modules with general-purpose operational amplifiers and trans-impedance amplifiers. NXP Semiconductor MCF51MM MCUs feature a V1 ColdFire 50 MHz Core with a MAC and provide easy migration from 8-bit to 32-bit devices.
