Allegro MicroSystems ATS19581 Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) Gear Tooth Sensor offers an extensive feature set for high flexibility, reliability, and performance levels in transmission applications. This sensor IC is specifically designed for automotive transmission applications, including Electric Vehicles (EVs), where speed/speed and direction information is required using ferromagnetic gear-tooth targets. The ATS19581 gear tooth sensor is built on SolidSpeed digital architecture from Allegro and state-of-the-art GMR technology to offer robust and reliable gear tooth sensing.
