Diodes Incorporated AH336xQ/AH339xQ Automotive Compliant Switch ICs

Diodes Inc. AH336xQ/AH339xQ High-Performance Hall-Effect Unipolar Switch ICs are designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. The AH336xQ/AH339xQ offer 10 sensitivity options with excellent tolerance and a tight operating window which provide less magnetic spread. The devices feature a supply voltage range of 3V to 28V with an extended temperature range of -40ºC to +150ºC providing greater design flexibility. A chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator provide a dependable solution over the entire operating range. The hall-effect sensors are qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 and provide superior temperature and supply line stability.
