AMPSEAL 16 Mini Lever Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) AMPSEAL 16 Mini Lever Connectors for Sealed Applications offer sealed, hybrid power and signal connections, providing vital environmental protection for industries operating in harsh environments. TE AMPSEAL 16 Mini Lever Connectors feature an ergonomic lever lock system that ensures ease of assembly, while the integrated terminal position assurance (TPA) and connector position assurance (CPA) provide protection against accidental unlocking and ensure precise contact position. The series features 12V and 24V nominal voltage architecture and an operating voltage of 550VDC. These connectors operate over a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range and provide a protection level of IP6K7 / IP6K9K.

TE Connectivity's (TE) Standard Die Envelope (SDE) Crimp Commercial Tooling Platform features a rounded upper jaw design that is engineered for increased strength and even distribution of force. This SDE crimp system combines the innovative features in the original PRO-CRIMPER hand tools with the versatility of an even more robust design. TE SDE Crimp Commercial Tooling Platform minimises the need for multiple hand tools by using SDE die sets, which are easily interchangeable from manual to power-assisted tools. An enhanced tool frame provides greater operator comfort, efficiency, and crimping quality.

AMPSEAL 16 Connector System

TE Connectivity's (TE) AMPSEAL 16 Connector System is targeted for off-road and heavy-duty industrial applications. Designed to the highest standards in performance, TE's AMPSEAL 16 Connectors feature wire-to-wire and wire-to-device options. Both Pin and Receptacle housings come fully assembled, offering a one-piece approach for applied cost savings and ease of ordering. The connector family utilizes size 16 heavy-duty stamped and formed contacts offering increased terminal strength, 13A current rating, and a wide wire range of 20AWG to 14AWG. TE's AMPSEAL 16 Connector System is available in 2 to 12 positions and features a rectangular, thermoplastic housing and an integrated latch for mating.
