Motor Driver ICs

onsemi Motor Driver ICs are ideally suited for a variety of applications. These onsemi motor drivers range from models supporting the actuators in camera phones and digital cameras to models designed for use in office automation products, electrical home appliances, and automotive electrical systems. onsemi motor driver ICs provide small dimensions, low power, and high efficiency.

Power Integrated Modules (PIMs)

onsemi Power Integrated Modules (PIMs) integrate a 3-phase inverter circuit, a diode bridge circuit, and a braking circuit into a single module. PIMs are designed to maximize power delivery combined with a reduced footprint, where external control and a high voltage gate drive are required.
