EMA0600003B0 Transparent Conductive Film

Panasonic Industrial Devices EMA0600003B0 Transparent Conductive Film is designed for transparent electromagnetic wave shielding and is available in a roll format with optical clear adhesive (OCA) for convenient and clean installation. This film uses proprietary microfabrication technology to achieve an ultra-fine copper mesh patterning, providing stable electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding over a broad frequency range. The unique mesh pattern also minimizes visual scatter and moiré, addressing a typical drawback of conventional grid-type metal meshes. Panasonic Industrial Devices EMA0600003B0 Transparent Conductive Film features a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film substrate, 2.4µm-wide copper lines with 85µm pitch on average, and a low sheet resistance of 2.6Ω/sq maximum. The thin, lightweight, and flexible film construction delivers efficient noise suppression with reduced component count and simplified integration.
