IN-S21ATx SMD LEDs

Inolux IN-S21ATx SMD LEDs feature ultra-compact and high brightness mono-color top view LEDs with a 0201 low profile package. These surface mount diode LEDs include high reliability, clear lens, and are available in red, green, blue, and white colors. The IN-S21ATx LEDs operate at the -40°C to 80°C temperature range and 5V reverse voltage. These SMD LEDs offer a 463nm to 629nm wavelength range depending on emission color and 110° viewing angle. Typical applications include consumer electronics, wearables, automobile aftermarket, and industrial equipment.
