Taoglas ASGPDF254.A Dual Feed Active Patch Antenna is a single band active GNSS patch covering GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou/Galileo. This antenna incorporates a dual-pin patch design to enhance performance by improving multipath rejection, resulting in clear signal reception and transmission. The ASGPDF254.A antenna includes concealed active circuitry embedded between the ceramic patch and the PCB base, enabling users to mount it onto the device's PCB directly. This eliminates the need for cables and connectors, expediting the assembly process by directly soldering surface mount components to a circuit board through the SMD process. The ASGPDF254.A antenna integrates a two-stage LNA and front-end SAW filter, reducing out-of-band noise from nearby cellular transceivers and enhancing the device's radiated spurious emissions certification. Typical applications include wearables, asset tracking, and navigation systems.
