S34ML16G3 SLC NAND Flash Memory

SkyHigh Memory S34ML16G3 SLC NAND Flash Memory features Open NAND Flash Interface (ONFI) compliance with a multiplexed address, data, and commands. These flash memory offers 16Gb density and various security features, including OTP area, serial number, and hardware program/erase disabled during power transition. The S34ML16G3 SLC NAND also features a multiplane program and erase commands, copy back program, and multiplane copy back program. The read page time for the single plane is 45µs and 55µs for a multiplane. These SLC NAND are available in a Pb-free and low halogen 12mm x 20mm x 1.2mm 48-pin TSOP package.
